A program for the sixth annual Service Award Dinner for long-serving employees of Union Starch and Refining Company, which took place on March 26, 1960. An introductory letter from J. Irwin Miller commemorates the life and contributions of the late company president, Earl B. Pulse, who died in 1959. Program lists officers of the company, the order of events, menu, and award recipients. A place card with the name Mrs. Earl B. Pulse is tucked in the center of the program.
