Dear Sandro:
Enclosed are several items that may (or may not) be helpful to you in laying out a color scheme for the Irwin Block
Building.
Item 1 - Map of downtown area showing location of the Irwin Block Building relative to Visitors
Center, City Hall, new Citizens Bank, etc.
Item 2 - Packet of photos showing Irwin Block Building. There is a straight-on view and a view showing the building in relation to the old Republic building. (The same person owns both buildings. We think he may ask for some advice on the Republic building also.)
Item 3 - Drawing of Irwin Block Building——taken from the original set of downtown color schemes.
The owner is planning to do the painting or sandblasting late this summer. I would like to get back to him with your recommendation by mid-June if that is compatible with your schedule.
