A color photograph of J. Irwin Miller's Irwin Management Company office at 301 Washington Street, designated Area 43 in drawings. Features Charles and Ray Eames' Soft Pad chairs for Herman Miller rendered in brass at J. Irwin Miller's request and the brass, teak, and laminate desk designed by Alexander Girard. Girard designed the office suite for J. Irwin Miller in the early 1960s, then renovated the entire building complex in the early 1970s.
