Dear Sandro:
As I mentioned to you in our telephone conversation last week, George Newlin and Mr. Miller have said okay to having the 301 Building photographed for possible publication. We would expect an opportunity to review the text and photographs proposed to be used.
I have a question on which I would like your input and comments. I'm not clear on the mechanics of preparing and publishing an article like this. Who pays for the photography and related costs?
I would like to avoid an awkward situation or surprise later on. So, if we are expected to cover cost of the photographer, I would like to advise George and Mr. Miller of that fact so they have an opportunity to review their decision.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Sincerely,
WDChambers/jmm
